Purpose, product and commercial model
Inside Job Atlas.
Location-led global job discovery
Job Atlas is a focused job-discovery business for location-led global job discovery. It uses the shared Veroza vacancy and publishing system while retaining a distinct public brand. The updated operating plan combines free candidate search with paid, moderated employer listings. Its value lies in niche presentation, reliable supply and a clear path from finding a role to applying.
Who the business serves
Candidates comparing opportunities by country, city and mobility, and employers seeking geographically relevant applicants. The business packages a specific discovery need into its own brand, while candidates retain a direct route to the listed opportunity.
Product and operating model
Useful location and workplace information is the brand's organising lens, helping visitors move from a broad search to roles that fit where they can work.
The shared Veroza Jobs system provides approved vacancy supply, normalisation, duplicate control, freshness and publication. Each board is a distinct front end rather than an independent scraper. Candidate search remains free. The refreshed launch plan provides paid employer listings, with submissions held until payment is recorded and moderation approves publication. This combines a consumer discovery product with a controlled employer publishing workflow.
Intended revenue streams
The commercial model below describes the intended ways this business can earn income. It does not represent verified sales, customers or recurring revenue.
- Employer listings
- Paid vacancy publication is the plan's current commercial route, gated by recorded payment and approval.
- Later employer promotion
- Additional visibility or repeat-employer tools can be developed as audience quality and demand justify them.
- Future recruitment partnerships
- Suitable partnerships are optional extensions requiring their own rights and commercial terms; advertising is not assumed active.
Development intentions
Strengthen vacancy freshness, clear filters and useful niche presentation before widening paid products. The sale needs an agreed arrangement for the shared vacancy feed and publishing service. These boards use temporary DMA subdomains, so the acquisition package must also settle domain control or migration to a buyer-owned domain.
