Acquisition terms.
The commercial guardrails that apply before a listed product becomes a completed business transfer.
These public terms are a transaction framework, not the final contract for a particular business. The signed asset purchase agreement controls if it differs from this page.
Listing status
Each listing is an invitation to negotiate. A guide price is not a binding offer, independent valuation, revenue claim or promise of future performance. Availability can change before an asset purchase agreement is signed.
What is being sold
The definitive sale assets are those written into the final asset purchase agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, legal entities, cash, bank accounts, crypto wallets, personal accounts, non-transferable licences and historical liabilities are not included.
Buyer checks
The buyer is responsible for commercial, financial, technical, intellectual-property, regulatory and tax due diligence. Investor Andrew may require identity, beneficial-owner and source-of-funds information before accepting or completing a transaction.
Crypto payment
Prices are denominated in GBP. Checkout converts the GBP total into a time-limited BTC or USDT amount. The buyer must use the exact asset, network, token contract, receiving address and amount displayed. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
No automatic transfer
A confirmed payment creates a paid acquisition order; it does not itself transfer a domain, code, content, data, intellectual property or business ownership. Transfer occurs only under the signed agreement and its completion process.
Mistakes and manual review
Late, short, over, duplicate, wrong-network, wrong-token or otherwise non-matching payments can be placed into manual review. Recovery may be impossible and any recoverable administrative or network cost may be deducted where lawful and agreed.
Tax and advice
Each party is responsible for its own tax position and professional advice. VAT and transfer-of-business treatment depend on the facts of the final transaction and are settled in the written agreement.
