Purpose, product and commercial model
Inside Proof Baby.
Business website content publishing SaaS
Proof is being developed as an easy-to-use business-blog and content-publishing service. An owner supplies a website address, reviews the inferred business facts, connects authorised publishing and chooses a schedule. The intended workflow joins relevant topic planning, researched articles, illustrations, review controls and confirmed publication. WordPress is the first planned publishing adapter. The current pilot supports website inspection and saved content plans; AI activation, shared customer accounts and paid subscriptions remain launch work.
Who the business serves
Small business owners who want a maintained, useful website are the first audience. They need factual business content and a dependable publishing process without becoming SEO specialists. Agencies and portfolio operators are later audiences where the same controlled workflow can serve multiple websites.
Product and operating model
The current plan starts from a business URL and editable business facts, then builds a topic plan and reviewable articles with illustrations. Authorised WordPress delivery, scheduling and publishing receipts connect content production to the actual website. Human approval, source checking and recovery from failed publishing are part of the intended product. The content-autopilot direction supersedes the older Humanly writing-improvement plan.
Intended revenue streams
The commercial model below describes the intended ways this business can earn income. It does not represent verified sales, customers or recurring revenue.
- Per-site subscriptions
- Monthly website plans with a bounded content allowance and publishing frequency.
- Managed review and publishing
- An assisted service tier adds human review and operational support through the DMA service model.
- Later agency and portfolio plans
- Multi-site operations can be packaged after individual authorised publishing is dependable.
Development intentions
Prove the authorised delivery path and internal trial before a paid pilot, then strengthen account access, billing, recovery and reporting. Further CMS connections, content refreshes and search-performance reporting are later intentions. The plan describes a commercial product being developed; it does not establish paid pilot revenue or completed automation.
