Purpose, product and commercial model

Inside Recovery Plus.

Vehicle recovery booking and dispatch

Recovery Plus is an operational vehicle-service business covering breakdown recovery, non-runner transport, auction collection and planned vehicle movements. The site is designed to convert urgent demand through telephone, WhatsApp and online quote routes, then move accepted work into a real dispatch workflow. Revenue comes from completed recovery and transport jobs rather than software subscriptions or advertising. Clear vehicle, location and access information allows the operator to price work quickly and reduce failed collections.

Who the business serves

Drivers with breakdowns, non-runners or vehicles needing transport are the customer audience. Independent recovery operators provide local fulfilment. Recovery Plus is a motor-trade service business: it aims to own demand capture, quoting, booking and communication while matching each job to a suitable provider.

Product and operating model

The customer journey begins with vehicle, location and job details, followed by a considered quote, acceptance, booking and driver assignment. The operating desk tracks provider availability, customer updates and completion evidence. The plan begins with controlled manual dispatch rather than requiring an owned national fleet. City and service pages create local demand, while the provider network supplies capacity.

Intended revenue streams

The commercial model below describes the intended ways this business can earn income. It does not represent verified sales, customers or recurring revenue.

Completed recovery jobs
An agreed booking or dispatch margin is retained when a customer job is fulfilled through the provider network.
Transport and planned collections
Non-emergency movements and trade transport provide related job types where scope and provider capability fit.
Later dispatch services
The shared dispatch plan allows additional service verticals after recovery operations prove reliable; those businesses are not assumed to be part of this sale.

Development intentions

Recovery is the first vertical in the wider Dispatch OS plan. Fast response, quote discipline, suitable provider selection and clear completion records come before automation or new services. Auto locksmith, tyre, battery and clearance workflows are future shared-platform possibilities rather than a claim that Recovery Plus currently supplies them all.
