Purpose, product and commercial model
Inside Stacka.
Property deal appraisal and underwriting SaaS
Stacka currently carries the Realty product plan: a fast appraisal platform for property investors and deal sourcers. A user enters an address and receives a value range, comparable sales, rental and yield ranges, risk indicators and a shareable Deal Memo. The wedge is investor underwriting speed rather than generic homeowner valuation, allowing many potential acquisitions to be screened to a consistent standard. Monetisation combines a free snapshot, paid one-off reports, investor subscriptions and an API for professional partners, subject to licensed data coverage.
Who the business serves
Property investors, deal sourcers and acquisition teams need to screen opportunities to a consistent standard. Their task is deciding which deals deserve further work, using comparable evidence and clear assumptions. Professional partners and developers are a second audience for derived appraisal outputs.
Product and operating model
The Realty product plan converts an address into a value range, comparable sales, rent and yield context, confidence indicators and a shareable deal memo. Saved opportunities can move through a simple review and shortlist pipeline. The output is intended to explain the basis of an appraisal, including data gaps, rather than produce a falsely precise valuation. Country coverage depends on suitable licensed datasets and working connectors.
Intended revenue streams
The commercial model below describes the intended ways this business can earn income. It does not represent verified sales, customers or recurring revenue.
- Paid deal reports
- One-off purchase of a fuller appraisal and shareable memo for occasional users.
- Investor subscriptions
- Recurring allowances, saved deals and reporting for people screening opportunities repeatedly.
- Professional and team plans
- Multi-seat workflows, branded outputs and export features support sourcing teams.
- Derived-output API
- An API can serve professional integrations where upstream licensing permits the outputs supplied.
Development intentions
Start with credible evidence and a usable memo in supported markets, then improve saved-deal workflows and extend market connectors. Raw data redistribution cannot be assumed from an appraisal licence. Stacka and Real Cheap currently use the shared Realty appraisal proposition; their brand assets and any shared software rights need to be defined separately.
