Purpose, product and commercial model
Inside Thaw.
White-label prop-firm infrastructure SaaS
Thaw currently carries The House Always Wins plan: a B2B platform for entrepreneurs and trading communities that want to operate a prop firm. Customers provide their own capital and commercial risk; the software supplies challenge configuration, trader onboarding, rule enforcement, analytics, payout-eligibility workflow, anti-fraud controls, identity and payment integrations. The product is designed for guided self-service with premium onboarding, integrating established trading platforms first and expanding only when compliance, monitoring and support are stable.
Who the business serves
Entrepreneurs, trading communities and existing evaluation businesses are the customers. They need branded onboarding and an operational back office that applies their programme rules consistently. The customer supplies the commercial capital and bears the business's payout exposure; Thaw's proposition is the software and operating infrastructure.
Product and operating model
The plan joins challenge configuration, trader onboarding, rule evaluation, analytics, payout eligibility and anti-fraud controls to approved trading-platform, payment and identity integrations. Guided setup and auditable workflows reduce repeated manual administration. Match-Trader and cTrader are the initial planned integration surfaces, with MT5 an expansion path after the core service is stable.
Intended revenue streams
The commercial model below describes the intended ways this business can earn income. It does not represent verified sales, customers or recurring revenue.
- Setup and onboarding
- Defined launch work or assisted configuration provides an initial service fee.
- Software and hosting subscriptions
- Recurring access supports the branded back office and agreed environment.
- Additional brands and integrations
- Extra deployments, dedicated environments and connected services can be packaged as add-ons.
- Professional support
- Higher service levels and negotiated operational assistance can support larger customers.
Development intentions
Integrate proven platform services first, then deepen automation from reliable customer operations. MT5 and more complex dedicated deployments follow evidence of support and hosting capacity. Software access must be distinguished from the trading business's own regulatory responsibilities, capital and payout commitments.
